Electrodynamic Shaker with Vibration Controller and Power Amplifier
The mode of function of a shaker corresponds to that of a
loudspeaker. The vibration movement is generated by the interaction
of electric current passing through the plunger coil and a magnetic
field. The force used to accelerate the moving element comprised of
a ribbed body and the wrapped plunger coil is proportional to the
coil current, the magnetic flux density, and the length of
conductor in the magnetic field. The vibration level of shaker can
therefore be controlled by electric current intensity.

Technical Parameters of Horizontal Expander:
Vertical electromagnetic shaker is unable to test the heavy and
large specimen, and the high position of center of gravity will
cause sideslip, tumbling and overturning moment and this will
always overstress the suspension system of shaker and damage the
system. Therefore, need for slip table system for vibration testing
is increasing to allow the testing to be done horizontally so that
the system can withstand larger
and heavier load.
